...With Terrence Stamp doing a Dick Van Dyke version of Michael Caine lol I haven't been posting lately -working on a coloured version of Johnny Red - which is set in Russia during WW2 -that was 80 years ago -Putin's gone stark raving mad!- westerners may well be "drug addereled " certainly not Nazi's though- better than been Vodka addict- that stuff makes you see red .. pisses me off as we have Russians in our family now so I cannot be anti Russian but that mad man has to go along with his brainwashed pals. ,, it's the regime not the people.- My plan with these playlists was to brainwash people into been cool I guess it aint working -but I'll keep trying

 R.I.P blue flight suit - prefer grease monkey look to his black monky robes - but we gotta move on from that-I like the way he dug himself out of hole and ended  up  Lord Fett( Did Cad Bane call him Bobo?lol ) Hope theres a BobFather Part 2- I imagine storyline will carry on through Mando 3  perhaps Boba can steal two of his episodes lol always wondered who guy with head band bricking it was now a know..

"Vapor" coz he farted alot lol,- I guess he copped it on the Sail Barge .. then again he could of escaped with Max Rebo If we see Boba's Palace again it needs to be filled with chaps like these next time around - early days for a Crime Lord -seems more like a Law Enforcer to me oh same thing !

Theres a whole back story here with Ardon I think he's a farmer trying to cut a deal with Jabba or at least try and convince Jabba to help with a loan  I guess Boba's looking after him and putting up with his flatulence hence keeping his helmet on throughout his scenes. 

 

Took me back to 83 so show was a success in my eyes- old gunfighters that survive against all odds become wiseheads like John Wayne and Yul Brenner like characters that's the romance of the Western and The Eastern wisdom in the form of a lizard going up your nose - its been a fun trip- I aint griping we always have the mercernary days  Fett and we will have the Boba that turned a page .. so in that respect a good story -Boba's Bonanza whilst Mandalorian's the High Chaperell for thee future kids to get nostalgic about. Let it Flow  I think about Jeremy Bulloch his character and a Celtic fan so top bloke -heartbreaking the day he died was announced Book of Boba was tagged into Mandalorian credits - Life goes oin -maybe new Boba's baseda little on Jeremy -he had  a cool way of looking at the world he lived in.

 

Now I'm eagle eyed I check Boba's helmet in episode 8 of Mando his Armour looks like the freshest Jammy by the time he hits Jabbas palace their is significant scratches - something happened in-between Fennec and Boba getting back to Jabba's palace coz he did sod all to get those scratches within that time   unless Fennec's been taking potshots to see how strong armor really is . 

 WIP Gene Day & Tom Palmer  with my re-colouring I'll messaround with imagary from episode 5  and get down to the real gnitty gritty  sometime.

The Gist -watch it back to back without the recaps or titles- like a proper long western-I intend to do that.. Fennec should have own show or tell Boba the Pykes hired her  on Tatooine in first place (she's ruthless to them to make a mends to  Boba - then  in season 2 we are in real Bobfather 2 realm .

Good to know Boba's a gent so much to get through workingman suffers the worst -but  see's good in the end.. may be corny but been a cynic isn't the Way - Grogu is the best way to answer back toi all the Man Babies out there lol-  48 year old Ben next -still at top of his game you better check ya neck Vades

"The Book of Fenn Rau"

 Panel from 1977 Roy Thomas ,Howard Chaykin  adaptation of Star Wars  which I wanted to colour I may come back to this if I can figure out how to use clone tool and add  patterns from bubblegum cards- it's how I orginally experienced Star Wars through bubblegum same goes witjh Superman movie -

Not much to report on Boba as he was barely in episode again ... not complaining though I'm viewing the whole show like a space Leonne movie so a sprawling five + hour epic with many players so if Bob's screentime a bit scarce that's staying true to the movies lol .

Looking ahead to season 3 of Mando hopefully Fenn Rau -Mandalorian Protector is one Jetboy  we'll get to see around Christmas 2022

Rau was Fenn Shysa  certainly a Boba head nod to the original and a Celt to boot ,but his surname is a rude word in German(Fenn "Shite "was writer unhappy  at the time?)  -Mandalore is very messed up from events in the last episode of Book Of Boba Fett I'm assuming we'll get to see a live action version of the planet in Season 3

 

Mandalorian Protectors or Journeymen Protectors existed pre Clone Wars it's always been a thing.,,so first statement here is wrong... but nice to see a video about them. Ahh .. it's Karen Traviss(should be a planet named after her) of Republic Commando novels all this is been retconned sorta although Rau fought on the Republics side .. perhaps a group of Mando's do attempt to kidnap Leia -could be the reason for Obi Wan show.

I coloured the flashback double spread of that story a few years back tried to make Leia more Padme coloured as Fenn confused  Leia with her Mum. although not canon anymore  blah blah.

I feel like I can come back to this image one day as I feel like I've improved with colouring over the years -I feel like I can make this more solid these days.(Come to think of it could do a updated version featuring Boba Din and Fenn -might give it a shot when I can)

Bit worried about my Homeboy Max -I won't go into spoilers but here's Meg again. I do wish it was singalong with Max -maybe we'll hear his voice someday. One more episode -It's Gotta be like The Wilde Bunch finale but in Star Wars universe.-That is the Way.!

Updated-06/02/22 almost forgot about this  Boba related news - please please please make this game - seems like a good origin story for how Boba retrieved Jango's/Jaster Mereels armour -maybe include other planets too though...
